Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first line support for several systems in the Data domain
- Monitoring systems via various tools/dashboards, take corrective actions in case of issues
- Ensure systems are in a healthy status and suggest pre-emptive maintenance
- Handle user communications during and after incidents
- Liaise with development teams for escalations and hand-overs
- Maintain an up-to-date documentation of support processes
- Help to prepare operational stats to identify problematic areas or systems
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years experienced professional who has worked in a similar support capacity.
- Experience with a ticketing system such as ServiceNow/Ivanti
- Experience of writing documentation in a system such as Confluence
- Should have excellent written/verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should have basic understanding of technology to be able to add value in maintenance/development in medium term. Opportunity for a technical mind to slowly transition to a more development/maintenance role.
- Working hours will be normal India/UK timings, with on call support requirement on rotation basis withing the team.

- Experience in support/monitoring roles
- Entry-mid level SQL
- General understanding of software engineering and related technologies
Desired skills:
- Entry-mid level expertise in a development language such as Python or .Net
